Verify your Serial #’s
See the Game Pattern being played for
Listen on the Radio, and use this tool in case you miss a number!
Verify Any Bingos
Once we have received a caller claiming the BINGO, we halt the game to verify the FREE SPACE
If it is a good bingo, the pattern will appear YELLOW (as shown in picture) and the phone person will take the winner’s information.
If pattern is GREY, it is an invalid bingo, and we continue that game until we get a winner
15 minute break
15-min break after Series 4.
There is only one phone line, as that is how we determine the first caller of every game.
The phone person takes calls and is verifying bingos all break.
If you do not get through in the break, call at the end of the night, the bingo staff stay until the phone stops ringing!
10 minute warning
The phone has STOPPED ringing, and bingo staff are preparing to leave for the night, but you still have time to phone in to get verified!
Once the feed has ended, the Bingo Game has been closed for the night and will not accept anymore winners.

If the feed is still LIVE, the bingo staff are still in the office taking calls!
